Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Personal preference

Please review our size guide before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations                                                                                          

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
