When will my order ship?

Every Prime E Centuals item is made to order. Production typically takes up to 20 business days before your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

After production is complete, U.S. orders typically arrive within 8–10 business days. International shipping times vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Why does production take time?

We focus on quality over speed. Every item is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged to ensure it meets our quality standards before it ships.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please review our size guide before placing your order.
